Results

The Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, France located in the Pays de la Loire region. To replace electrical and oil heating in April 2012, as part of a large upgrade of the heating system for renewable energy two Froling 500kW biomass wood pellet fired boilers with dust emissions controlled by Glosfume BMF (Biomass Filter) ceramic filters were fitted in a hidden purpose built boilerhouse.  Although manual flyash discharge the ceramic BMF filters have a low overall headroom which enables fitting into existing boiler rooms. The boilers operate up to 2,250m3/hr at 170oC with flue gas particulate emission levels after the ceramic filter below 2mg/m3.
